What We Do
The Challenge: Build a fresh social media content library and strategy for a fledgling app start-up and increase engagement within their local community of followers through likes, shares, and app downloads. They wanted organic results and to have a simple, streamlined strategy they could implement as they grow, no matter who on their team was managing it. Gozova is a Fort Worth-based delivery app that connects users with a truck and helpers for heavy lifting and transport from store-to-home or short distance moves.

Met with client to discover who they are, their marketing struggles, and what they hoped to gain.
Gathered all data, analyzed competitors, found the target audience, and established a strategy.
Built a core library of assets including professional photos, graphic templates, hashtags, and copy.
At the conclusion of the contract, we reviewed achievements, ROI, and made sure they felt set up for future success!
Monitored performance of each post, making edits and adjustments to future posts based on results.
Scheduled IG, FB, and LinkedIn posts using Buffer according to peak performance times.

What tools do you use for Social Media Management?
We have a custom Airtable base that we implement for each client. It enables us to brainstorm content, plan keywords & hashtags, manage header image contant, and plan post schedules all in one space. As for actual post schedulers and analytics (Buffer, Hootsuite), we remain flexible as many clients have existing scheduler platforms they'd prefer us use. We are well-versed in most on the market.
